How to work with "Surveys"

Modified on Fri, 19 Jul at 2:57 PM

With Qooling you can easily create your own surveys for supplier research or customer satisfaction research. The survey module gives you a hand to make custom made surveys for your company.

Where do I start?
First, we navigate to the 'Survey' module. You will find the survey module by clicking on 'Surveys'. On the survey screen you will see an overview of all your surveys. When you want to start a new survey, you simply click on 'New survey'

Layout of the survey

After clicking on 'New survey' you will see the screen below. You start to fill in the title of your survey, for example, 'Customer Satisfaction 2020'. Also, you can select if the answers to the survey will be anonymous.

Afterward you drag the boxes with questions to the form. If you need more information on how to drag the boxes you can click here. Below you see an example of a survey. If you are done with your survey, you click on 'Save'.

Sending the survey

After you saved your new survey you want to send the survey to your audience. Qooling has two options to send your survey to your audience. The options are sent per e-mail or by sharing a public link.

Note: If one person has filled in the survey, you can not edit the survey anymore.

If you want to send your survey per e-mail you click on 'Per e-mail' in the dropdown menu. There you can select your audience. Also, you can edit your invitation e-mail. If you have an internal survey this is the best way to share your survey.

When you have, for example, a survey for external people, you can share the survey by a public link. You can copy the link and share this with the people that need to fill in the survey.

Responses

When people fill in your survey you can find their responses in Qooling. If you select the survey and you click on 'View all responses', you will see all the responses on the survey. But, when you want to analyze the data by yourself, you can export the responses by the export button.

Graphs

If you want to have some graphs of your responses the module will help you. If you click on 'Show results', as below, you will see the responses in graphs per question. You can use the graphs for your own reports by downloading them.
