How do I add a new version of a form?

Step 1: Navigate to the “Forms” module.

Click on the “Details” button next to the form that you would like to add a new version to.


Step 2: Click on “Add new version”.


Step 3: Update your form

Add new fields, or delete fields, or a mix of both. Once you are done updating the form, please click on “Save”.



Step 4: Publish the new version of your form.

Click on “Review”, and click on “Request approval”. Once all the approvers requested approval, the form will automatically be published.
