How do I build a tool inspection form?

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Configuration' module, and click on the tab 'Tools'.

Step 2: 'Edit' the extra field of your inspection type

Scroll down to your inspection types and select the 'Edit' button behind your inspection type to add extra fields in your form.

Step 3: Add the field(s)

Now, you can drag the extra fields into the form. When you are done, click on the 'Save' button.
