Step 1: Click on the 'Insights' button.
Step 2: Insights overview.
At this moment, there is no graph or table.
Step 3: Click on the 'Add' button.
We will add a form, task and an issue graph. We will begin with a form.
Step 4: Add the source, the form, and the graph/table.
Click on the 'Save' button when you are done.
As you can see, the graph has been added to the overview in the Insights page. Now, we will add another graph, this time an 'task' graph.
Step 5: Click on the 'Add' button.
Step 6: Select the source: Tasks, and select a possible graph/table.
Click on the 'Save' button, so the graph can be added to the overview.
Now, we will move on to the last graph/table: 'issues.
Step 7: Click on the 'Add' button (again).
Step 8: Fill in the source, and select one of the graphs/tables.
Click on the 'Save' button to add the graph to the overview.
Step 9: Make a perfect overview
As you can see, the graphs are shown on top of each other. In order to get a more clear overview, we can drag them next to each other, and it's also possible to expand them (size).
Here, the graphs are shown next to each other:
And here, one graph is shown at full expansion, while the other two graphs are still in regular size, and next to each other.
Other examples of possibilities to display graphs:
Step 10: Date
If you only want to see certain data from 2023, it’s possible to set the date from 01-01-2023 until 31-12-2023. Of course you can also set other dates, like a week, one month, etc.
Step 11: Navigate back to the dashboard overview
When you are done using the graphs, you would like to go back to the dashboard overview. Simply click on the 'Overview' button.
Now you can view the 'dashboard' again.
