The Tools module is easy to use, and perfect for maintenance and inspections. Manage all the machines and tools within your company.
When the company purchases a new tool, you can add it by clicking on the 'New tool' button. After that, you fill in the following in the form:
You can open the record of the tool by simply clicking on it.
In this record, you have three tabs: Log - Plan - Issues. In the 'Log tab', you can select an 'Inspection' or 'Maintenance'. This tab is mainly to have an overview of all your inspections and maintenance records.
In the Plan tab, you can plan 'New Inspections'.
In the Issues tab, you can file an issue - linked to this 'Tool'.
