How can I change or add issue types?

Do you want to change or add Issue types? Please follow the step-by-step plan below.


Step 1: Go to the 'Configuration' module.

You can find the 'Configuration' button in the menu on the left side of your screen. Then go to 'Issues'.


Step 2: Go to the 'Issues' and  click on 'New Type'.

Go to the tab Issues and click on New Type


Step 3: Add the type of Issue.

Fill in the type name, select if the content is private and assign the user who is responsibly for the issue type. 


Step 4: Edit an 'Issue Type'.

If you want to change a field in the 'Issue Type' you can click on 'Edit' to edit the fields, Issue Type name and the responsible person in your organization.
