I’ve noticed that I no longer see issues on my dashboard. How is this possible?
The reason you don’t see issues on your dashboard is because, by default, only issues with the status OPEN will appear there. Any issue with a status other than OPEN will not be displayed.
OPEN issues are those that require immediate action, and that’s why they show up on your dashboard. If an issue has a different status, it won’t be shown since it may not need immediate attention.
