Note: in order to work with the workflow forms, you will need to have advanced accounts. Limited users are not able to fill in step 2, and so on.
Step 1: Click on the name of the workflow form.
Step 2: Overview of all the workflow entries.
In this overview, you can see all the created workflow form entries. You will also see which stages have been completed, and which are in progress.
Step 3: Click on the stage, to see who is responsible for this part.
It is not possible to assign ‘stage 1’ to a user. From ‘stage 2’ onwards, it is possible to assign user(s). To see who is responsible for each stage, simply click on the stage at the top.
You will see the following:
Step 4: Fill in the next stage of the workflow form.
To fill in the next stage, the assigned user of the stage can click on his/her stage of the form, and fill in the form.
Click on the ‘edit’ button.
The assignee of the stage fills in his/her part of the workflow form. If this part of the workflow form is completed, click on the ‘Save & continue’ button.
If you close the form now, you will see that the stage is completed, and the assignee of the next stage can fill in the form.
Note: if you’d like to switch to a ‘data’ display, click on the ‘Data’ button at the top of the screen.

Step 5: Creating a ‘new entry’ on the workflow form.
If you want to create a new entry in the workflow form, simply click on the ‘new entry’ button, and you can start a new entry on the workflow form.
Once you fill in the first stage of the workflow form, you can save it. And the assignee of the next stage can continue.
