How to Work With QR Codes for Forms

Step 1: Access the Forms Module

Navigate to the Forms module.
Select the form you need.
Click “Details” on the right side of the form to open the detailed view.

Step 2: Open the Configuration and Download the QR Code

Click on the tab “Configuration”.
Download the QR code for the selected form.
Place or attach the QR code in the relevant location (for example, on the production floor).

Step 3: Use the Mobile App to Scan the QR Code

Open the Qooling app on your phone.
Tap the “Scan QR” button.
Scan the placed QR code.
You will immediately be directed to the correct form. No need to search manually.
