How do I add a Toolbox training?

Step 1: Go to the 'Training' module.

You can find the Training button in the menu on the left side of your screen. Then go to Plan new training.


Step 2: Plan a new training.

Afterwards you clicked on Plan new training, you will see the screen below. Please give your new training/toolbox a title. If this training is a toolbox, select Is Toolbox on the right side of the screen. Start to create the training by clicking on Add step


Step 3: Create your own training

Afterwards you clicked on Add step, you will see the screen below. You can upload a file, for example a video of a presentation (PDF). You can also add some questions by clicking on Open. The questions are mostly used to check if the participants have understand it. If your are done, please click on Save button.


Step 4: Publish your training

After you saved your training, you need to publish your training. Go to Training in the left side of the screen and click on the training you just made. If your training is OK, you click on Publish Training. 


Step 5: Send your training

If you published your training, you can now send the training via e-mail to your employees.
