Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Configuration’ module.
Step 2: Click on the 'Userrights' button.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Users’ tab.
Step 4: Click on the 'Filter' button.
Step 5: Change the status to ‘Archived’, and click on the 'Close' button.
Step 6: Click on ‘Reactivate’ to reactivate the user that was archived.
Step 7: You have now successfully reactivated the account.
