If a user cannot see a specific form, there is a big chance that the user is not part of the group(s) that are attached to the form.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Forms’ module.
For this article, we will use the ‘Last minute safety check’ form.
Step 2: Click on the 'Details' button, next to the form.
As we see on the image below, this form is attached to the ‘Den Haag’ group. This probably means that the user that cannot see the form, is not part of this group.
We have two options: add the user that cannot see the form to this group, or we can assign an extra group to this form, a group where the user is already part of.
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Configuration’ module, and click on the 'Userrights' button.
Step 4: Click on the tab ‘Groups’.
Step 5: Click on the 'Members' button, next to a group’s name.
If you click on the 'Members' button, you can see who is part of this group. Click on ‘Edit’ to see who is currently not part of the group.
As you can see, one user is not part of the group, so if we mark this user and click on the Save button, this user will be added to the group.
Now you successfully added the user to the group, and (s)he will be able to see the form.
