How can I get/export an overview of all inspections conducted on my assets?

If you want to get an overview of all inspections that you conducted for your assets, you can export the maintenance log to get an excel file with this data.

1. Click on the 'Export' button in the top right corner >> click on 'Maintenance log'.

2. You can now select your tools/assets from the list, either one by one or select them all (button left bottom corner)

3. When you have selected all the items that you needed, click on the 'Export' button again to download the excel file.

4. Open the file and notice that you have received a log of all inspections per asset/tool.

Note: this export shows you all inspection entries and they are linked to the name of the asset. If you have multiple inspection types, then this will also be indicated.
