1.1 Setting up the configurations?
1. All custom fields and forms created in a company are considered to be in the company language under Company profile. This will be the starting point for auto translation.
2. The forms and custom fields are translated in the system based on the Preferred language in user profile. To set or change your language settings, click on your name/image in the top left corner of the screen and navigate to the tab "Settings":
3. To configure a list of available Preferred language, go to Configuration >> General as you can see in the image below:
Once you have this setup, you should be able to see translations in the selected language, given that you provided the translation per individual language. If not, the missing translations will fallback to default company language, which in this case is English.
These translation configurations are for custom fields and forms only. The system translation of standard fields is done by Qooling product team (default language). All the languages that you will find in the default language dropdown in your profile, are the options that we support at the moment, with growth plans in the future.
